I use a company called "print24" for all my printing, they will deliver
direct to the customer and there paperwork is un-branded.

This is nothing new all printing companies offer that service and don't
charge unless they have started to.
But you only have to ask. They want the trade.

I'm not sure this is what you mean.
But I offer the service of print with my designs does that make me a
reseller as I get trade/discount from those companies that the public
wouldn't get.

Good point, a client of mine had problems with JPEG images when his FTP
software decided to switch itself to ASCII mode...
