What is the error message? DNS? virus trashed hosts or LSP? Check all
that, and try to see if it will work wired - just stick a cheap PCI card
in. Any difference if other PCs are switched off (ie is router "capped"
on connections perhaps by ISP). Check the (?useless) AV program isn't
preventing the connection - Norton usually does if you change anything.
What happens if you try to ping the external IP of the router?
