FN-FORUM: Link building Services/experience

Hi,

I have a client looking who is looking to build links to their site. The
client is a published author with a limited budget (as always!) Im
looking for any advice from the folks of the FN forum can give.

Does anyone have experience of using Link Building Services that they
would like to share?

Does anyone have an idea of costs? And does anyone have any
recommendation of individuals or companies offering these services?
