Yes, I have found a few websites which post something on the user's
profile. My idea was to send the job on their friends' inbox or funwall,
am I being over zealous there?

Facebook are likely to class that as a commercial app and charge you
appropriately.
A simple search will give you a lot of results on how to create a
facebook app.
As an aside, what a f'n nightmar...

Maybe it would be better to send them as messages. Just a thought, but
if I had work facebook friend's I wouldn't neccessarily want them
knowing that I was actively looking for a job.
