Facebook are likely to class that as a commercial app and charge you
appropriately.
A simple search will give you a lot of results on how to create a
facebook app.
As an aside, what a f'n nightmare app idea. So your mate sends you a job
link via facebook. This is listed on your FB page, which by chance your
boss is a friend of yours and can see.....yeah that is sooooo going to
work. Facebook is all about inclusion and keeping everyone informed
about what you are doing. The last thing I would ever ever ever do is
broadcast I was looking for a job on Facebook. If I had a job I thought
my mate would be interested in, I'd email/call him. It's private.
Go back to your client and explain to him this really will bomb. :)
