- sometimes music helps quite a lot - something bumpy. after a time I
get bored of it and switch to ambient and back again etc..
- when you feel it's coming on to you, exercise a bit - stretches,
walk, anything to keep the blood flowing
- I think drinking liquids helps as well, especially (mineral) water, tea..
Sometimes you cant help it especially when it's creative work you have
to do - design etc where inspiration doesn't come if you feel worn
out. If you can't cope with it, hire someone else :)
