I guess the clothing thing does work, I had been to meet a client at the
beginning of the week and was dressed smart, I got more done that afternoon
than I would normally, kind of felt slightly important LOL

Other than that, brisk walks always good. I find too when working
from home i'm more likely
to be tired and less effective if i'm not dressed as if i was going
to work. The more I feel like
i'm in comfy clothing, the more i get comfy! that make sense??!
