FN-FORUM - confused with link styles

Im testing my design in IE and FF , When I test in IE the picture I have
created into a link shows with a blue border. I have set in the styles
section of my page for them to be white, Also the page is showing up as
being over the right hand side, It displays in the right place in FF.
