You probably can't control this. It is up to the recipient to decide how
he/she receives email and rightly so.
First of all, check that the sender is sending as HTML, not RTF. Then
check with the Exchange administrator that company (and Exchange) policy
allows sending HTML to the outside world and doesn't convert to plain
text.
Like me ;-), the recipient may have decided not to accept HTML mail but
to convert it to plain text. What email client is the recipient using
and what version?
BTW, the word is LOSE unless your logo has the runs!
