FN-FORUM: Recommendations wanted

For CD creation packages that can combine HTML, PDF, Flash, Word, Excel
content and create splash screens and menus - for someone who doesn't do
Flash. The layout required means that I can't just do it in HTML (with
my design skills) and use a CD autorun.

Preferable not as expensive as Toolbook, Authorware or Director ;-)
