Yes. Apparently the word from their support is that the new testing
implementation "doesn't work" and there are some "minor problems"
specifically that it "doesn't work" which need "ironing out". Actually,
maybe the basic implementation is ok except it doesn't work for half the
cards you might want to use, but Futurepay is just broken on the testing
implementation.

I would say that if they don't fix things up pretty darned quick I'll be
doing whatever I can to "iron out" the use of Worldpay from our sites.
If you're working with a payment provider you really do need them to
provide some way of testing the integration between your code and theirs
before you start losing either your money or your customers.

It's been going on for a couple of weeks now, too.
