I think Jeroen's player is really good, and it keeps getting better
with each release. Having said that, I don't really like the
interface and although you can skin it, if you don't have a lot of
time you might want to take a look at OutsideOfSociety's flv player
(http://oos.moxiecode.com/flvplayer/).
I think it looks really good out of the box, and you can also feed
playlists into it. I made a really quick tutorial on how to embed
Flash videos using the flvPlayer and SWFObject script. The author of
both projects were kind enough to give me permission to package both
resources and let people download them in a demo from my tutorial
(http://www.mulpo.com/accessible-flash-video).
