Thanks John I'm aiming at small businesses full cycle. I'd like to be very
specialist in one of my skills so I can take on sub-contract work. I'm
mainly a good allrounder.

Just figuring out if there is a bit of skills gap or demand in any high
level IT skills I could work to specialising in.
