It might be just the sales support that is too busy or least bothered.

Tech Support is great .. David .. the main guy is very fast.

I have used this script on dedicated and VPS as well as shared hosting ..
it simply works fine everywhere.

I have mailed them almost 4 days ago now and awaiting a response to my
response.

it took 2 days for an inital response to my question and I think I only got
data for a dedicated server. Responded back and I am still waiting, thats
why I came here,
