FN-FORUM: Suggestions for small open-source project management/collaboration tool

Good Evening,

I know there are hundreds out there... but I want your recommendations.
I am after a small opensource web application I can install (php/MySQL
hosting enabled) to use as a project management tool, with:

- access by multiple users (up to 10)
- store/categorise bookmarks, along with notes
- shared to do list
- contacts list with notes
- general notes

+ anymore that's useful.

I hope there is something out there, and I am sure that if there is,
you guys will know of it!
