RE: FN-FORUM: I've just been ripped. :(

Well that's a poor rip done by some poor coders if they've resorted to
tables to re-create your design, don't think there's a lot you can do =
about
it though, you can report them to Google and get them banned from Google
listings so no one can stumble onto their site, especially as they have
pretended to be xhtml and css when clearly they're not.
You could try emailing and asking nicely if they'd change the design -
there's a chance the client isn't aware that they've got a stolen =
design,
they just paid some silly amount of money to a design company who =
pretended
to do some work, failing that try and take them to court. On a brief =
look
over the site there's no contact details... this doesn't bode well :(

Subject: FN-FORUM: I've just been ripped. :(
I've just had my first website design ripped :). You all know our site
www.servwise.com and this is their site www[dot]ufhosting[dot]org. looks
very similar, they have ripped the icons at the top and the general =
layout
but re-created the heading bg images and the code has gone from being =
nice
DIV/CSS based to nasty tables. Very bizarre.
I really like the "xhtml 1.0" validation button at the bottom which when
clicked shows that it=1B$B!G=1B(Bs not valid. :)
So what do you all recommend I do about it?
Regards
Sam Morgan
