Yup! Even i own this set and ive only ever you istock on 2 occassions!

Its is possible however that the person in question took copies of the =
images from your site and then based his design on yours. But there =
really isn=E2=80=99t anything unique (no offence intended) or =
distinguishing about your site. Essentially the two sites are 'much of a =
muchness' i.e. they are similar to thousands if not millions of other =
sites. So i can see how you can be too upset.

Perhaps if everything was exactly the same (eg same number of links, =
images in exact same place etc) but with different text and images, then =
you could get annoyed and claim its a rip-off of your site. But im =
afraid that until the web becomes as truly flexible as print design, and =
the design restrictions are removed, you cant really ever claim someone =
has ripped off your design. It may well be pure coincidence that the =
similarities exist.

Besides isn=E2=80=99t it said that 'imitation is the best form of =
flattery' ?
