I'm already using it, but development is focused on the back end and not

the Flex 3 Builder easily compiles an app to an AIR exe is really useful
for what we are using it for.

It's a business tool (if that makes sense). Websites will still need to
be html. You may deliver an app for 'power users' of a site.
