Diverging slightly, the one that the banks pull where they promote a=20
particular savings account and then later reduce the interest rate to=20
negligible and hope you don't notice...

Unless it really is only an hour's work...
Personally I don't want to do client site updates, it's boring. I'd rather=
=20
sell them a tool to let them do it. Ultimately I think the professional=20
and ethical approach is to let the client know what the various options
are and try as far as possible to give them something that does what=20
they want at the lowest *total* cost - by which I mean, of course, the=20
total cost to them, including *their* time.
