Re: FN-FORUM: Sitecheck - Updating my website - using CSS

Fair points in relation to me as a business, but what I am saying is that b=
y
'accessibility' - designing for visually impaired for example is hardly par=
t
of my remit in working for photographers who want a visually impressive
solution that will get them jobs.
I have looked at jquery - looks great, but it doesn=B9t do a fraction of the
things that flash is capable of.
My issue isnt that design and visuals should always take precedent over
standards and accessibility, but I do think that it should be dictated
according to the niche market you are working in. From what I have seen
accessibility usually comes at a price, and my market would not be prepared
to sacrifice anything on the visual side.
I may be wrong and I may be short sighted (actually I am long sighted, so
that must make me a visionary ?)
