I'd be tempted to go with Campaign monitor, as you can brand the
service as your own (MailBuild)...
but you might compare pricing for your decision.
Mailchimp:
How much does it cost?
The monthly subscription starts at $15 per month and is based on the
size of the list you maintain.
With the pay-as-you-go plan, costs start at 3 cents per email and go
down to =BD cent per email for purchases of $1,000 or more.
Campaign Monitor:
There are no setup fees, no monthly fees and no hidden fees.
For each campaign you send with more than 5 recipients, you pay a flat
delivery fee of $5 plus 1 cent/recipient. Any campaigns you send to 5
or less people are free of charge.
