From the help docs it states,

'Keep in mind that it's not possible to sync events on secondary
calendars at this time. Google Calendar Sync will only sync events
from your primary Google Calendar and your default Microsoft Outlook
calendar.'

So setup could be messy separate Google calendar accounts with
separate installs on the sync tool on each users machine but i this
would be the set-up if you want them all completely separate and not
read by the others.
