Sure, there's a fair number of developers on this list - what's your platform?
I'm a LAMP developer meself.

But what exactly is the application? Are you doing a "find nearest stockist"
style thing? This might be done better by using a third party service over
the net. There's not much point telling someone in, say, Rochester that their
nearest shop is just across the Thames Estuary in Essex.
