It's clear the whole buyout has created problems. I was with 123 and
pipex so have had double the trouble.

I only register .co.uk with 123 now. You can see how they have price
hiked on the back of the existing customers, some bean counters
employed on that one. They are capitalising on our inertia.

I had to threaten suing pipex 10,000ukp per day for effectively
shutting down my business when they managed to cancel my internet
connection over a billing error. This got me through to senior
management who resolved what I had been repeatedly told was an
irreversible situation.

Lower levels i think are not given the truth so always push, remember
you are the paying customer and they are not doing you a favour.
