I'm _totally_ playing devil's advocate here, but we've only heard one
side to this story and, as you say yourself, there are two sides to
every story :)
More usefully (I hope) if you have logs of their intrusion attempts
and so on you could quietly mention that you have evidence of a breach
of the Computer Misuse Act or some such...
...or go with Chris's suggest and take the boys 'round ;-)
