As far as I know you can only do it in windows Internet Explorer no other
browsers support it... it's either flash or only supporting one browser :(

Hello
I originally designed a scrollable area using flash, which I have now
changed to using an iframe, but the client wants the scrollbars to be grey
rather than the default blue.
I am using camino/safari on a mac, I have looked for code to do this - but
it looks like it can only be done using IE as the viewing browser - is this
correct or is there a reliable cross browser method?
