It's not really a rude comment, but when I ran it I got stuck because I
wasn't allowed to click from on item to the next because it was trying to
show me an example or video, so the menu kind of broke...

Yeah... the source AVI was not encoded on that one.. hence the 5Mb SWF
The shadow, reflection and controls can be removed also - not too much
trouble there

Im not sure you could create that shape with lights, and get it looking
good, yes the shape could be easily done in swift, but with the effect being
2d in nature and the lighting being 3d i just can...
