You could try converting your MOV to an AVI and then importing into flash i=
f you dont own a copy of flash you can try doing it online at http://media-=
convert.com/ flash might just except your MOV file though as well - if ur u=
sing dreamweaver you could open ur site up and embed the FLV (Flash Video F=
ile) Its excellent for streaming large files. =20
