FN-FORUM: "Unable to verify as a trusted site"

Just a quick question.
A friend is using SSL on a windows server (not sure if that matters or
not). He's installed a SSL cert but when you access https the "Unable to
verify as a trusted site" message pops up. What needs doing to just let
a visitor in without having to accept the certificate?
